Todd Kent has a broad background that includes academic, consulting, and nonprofit experience. As an experienced international higher education leader, Kent has worked on several international assignments. Most recently, he served as the Head of Campus at the University of Utah’s Asia Campus in Incheon, Korea. In this role, he was responsible for all financial, administrative, and academic operations of the campus. Kent formerly served as the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and a member of the political science faculty at Texas A&M University at Qatar.
Kent’s academic research interests include presidential foreign policy decision-making, political risk-taking, electoral politics, and the relationship between religion and international relations. He has an extensive background in public opinion research and political consulting. Todd received his B.S. in Accounting from Utah State University and his Ph.D. in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
