The Scowcroft Institute has initiated a Scowcroft Papers series on issues of interest to policymakers and an informed public. The series covers five categories of publications:
- significant addresses delivered at the Bush School by visiting scholars and policy makers,
- academic papers by Scowcroft post-doctoral fellows and Bush School and Texas A&M faculty,
- papers presented at Scowcroft conferences and policy papers commissioned by the Scowcroft Institute from prominent experts on issues of the day,
- policy papers written by senior Scowcroft fellows, and
- links to research funded by the Scowcroft Institute and published in academic journals.
