After completing the StrengthsQuest, you receive a customized report that lists your top five areas of talent (themes) and action items to develop and use your talents to achieve academic, career, and personal success.
The MBTI provides personalized feedback to students about their preferences for each of the four dichotomies in Jung's theory. With their MBTI results, students participate in a workshop focusing on temperament type to help them identify their "best fit type."

The PAMS instrument is designed to identify students' current level of skill competency in 10 personal, interpersonal, and group skill areas. Modified from David Whetten and Kim Cameron's "Developing Management Skills," the assessment is used various times throughout students' graduate experience for self-awareness and peer feedback.
