Mathew Kramm is an instructor at the Scowcroft Institute for International Affairs within the Bush School of Government & Public Service. Mathew is a DrPH student at Texas A&M's School of Public Health in the Epidemiology & Biostatistics department. He currently teaches Biodefense for the 21st century and focuses on infectious zoonotic diseases. Mathew has completed fellowships with the National Science Foundation and MD Anderson, focusing on both wildlife and human health outcomes. Additionally, Mathew has worked as both a Research and Teaching Assistant at the School of Public Health. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mathew worked for Texas A&M's university testing program and served as an epidemiology lead at the COVID-Operations Center to identify patterns and develop countermeasures for Texas A&M.
