The following is important information about scheduling interviews and event details regarding the Interview Conference Weekend (ICW) held on Fri-Sat, Feb 20-21. We require ALL invitees to complete the online Interview Registration Form in order to move forward in our application process. Reply between now and Monday, February 9th.

Interview Registration

REGISTRATION is online and REQUIRED OF ALL INVITEES. Please click on the Interview Registration Form button at the bottom of the page to complete and submit your option after you read these overviews.

  • Those ATTENDING our Interview Conference in College Station: Please make your travel and accommodation arrangements before completing the survey (see below for details), as we use this information to create head counts for transportation and hotel lists. Fill out the Interview Registration Form with your travel plans and contact Kathryn Meyer if you have any changes after submission. Remember to keep your travel receipts for partial reimbursement of your expenses (Note: We cannot reimburse hotel, car, or airline points at a monetary value).

  • Those NOT ABLE to attend our Interview Conference in College Station: Overseas applicants and those with conflicting plans will be contacted via email to arrange Zoom interviews. We encourage you to attend if possible, as itโ€™s a great way to get a feel for the school; its students, staff, faculty; and the Aggie environment. However, we realize not everyone can visit that weekend. In that case, click on the Interview Registration Form, indicate that you cannot attend, mark your concentration interests, and check your email so you can set your interview as soon as possible.

Any hotel or home share site (for those with a car): If you can drive yourself to/from the Bush School, stay at any local property you are comfortable with. We have contracted hotel rates and availability with the Wyndham Garden Hotel College Station and the La Quinta Inn & Suites CS South, but many nice hotels are available at good rates, so check out your options before booking. Additionally, many hotels are within a few miles of our campus, but none are within walking distance.

  • Search these websites sponsored by the cities or local Chamber of Commerce:
    • Visit College Station, TX
    • Destination Bryan
    • B/CS Chamber of Commerce
  • Also Google any Hotels.com, Expedia, and similar sites for options

Contracted Host Hotels (for anyone, but especially those with no car): We have booked two host hotels, but only ONE will run a Bush School Shuttle Friday/Saturday. If you will NOT have a car, book the first choice, Wyndham Garden Hotel CS, as weโ€™ll coordinate times for airport pick-up and then again for ICW pick-up/drop off on Friday and Saturday.  Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
