ISTPP welcomes Dr. Gabriel Eckstein as a Research Fellow. Dr. Eckstein is a Professor of Law at the Texas A&M University School of Law and serves as a faculty member of the Texas A&M Water Management and Hydrological Science Graduate Faculty as well as the Texas A&M Energy Institute. He researches water, natural resources, and environmental law and policy issues at the local, national, and international levels. Dr. Eckstein also directs the International Water Law Project.
