Dr. Mary Hilderbrand, a senior lecturer in the Bush School of Government and Public Service, has been appointed a Research Fellow of the Institute for Science, Technology and Public Policy. Her research focuses on institutional and governance reform, political analysis of public policy processes, and the role of politics and governance in development. Dr. Hilderbrand brings her expertise to an interdisciplinary group of A&M scholars who are researching the governance of US–Mexico transboundary groundwater and are developing research partnerships with scholars in Mexico.
