Economic interdependence has long been a force for peace. The most recent issue of The Takeaway, “International Migration and Interstate Conflict,” describes how international migration fosters economic interdependence and reduces international conflict. The author also discusses the implications of international migration opposition and how this issue relates to increasing the likelihood of conflict.
