About
The Global Value Chains (GVC) program was created in fall 2020 within the Mosbacher Institute for Trade, Economics, and Public Policy at the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University. The objectives of the program are threefold—to conduct and disseminate impactful interdisciplinary research, to prepare students to be future GVC leaders, and to engage with public and private stakeholders on emerging issues. Our GVC program recognizes that tackling today’s issues requires a cross-disciplinary approach that embodies principles from diverse disciplines, including economics, management, sociology, logistics, and public policy.
