Colonel (ret.) Kevin Parker, is the new Director of National Security Leadership program at the Bush School of Government & Public Service. While new to the Bush School, Dr. Parker is well familiar with Texas A&M having earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering in 1996 and served as the Commander of the Air Force ROTC detachment at TAMU from 2022 until his 2025 retirement from the Air Force. He brings a wealth of operations and leadership experience having served a distinguished career around the world commanding Civil Engineering units, in DC, and as the Associate Dean at Air Force Cyber College. In his current role he will be leading some Bush School initiatives in the National Security space.
