How to Submit Official Transcripts
How and where to send your official transcripts to Texas A&MHow to submit official transcripts for Bush School graduate programs. When you need to submit them depends on your program, so check your program's admissions page for timing, then follow the steps here. Standard processing time of an official transcript once received is 7-10 business days.

Timing varies by program
Some programs require official transcripts when you apply, and others require them only after you are admitted. Your program’s admissions page tells you which applies. This page explains how to submit them either way.
Where to Send Official Transcripts
Official transcripts must be sent directly from the issuing college or university to the Texas A&M Office of Graduate Admissions, not to the Bush School. You need official transcripts from every four-year college or university you attended. To apply, you generally upload unofficial transcripts to your application; official transcripts follow on the timing your program requires.
How to Send Official Transcripts
Electronically or by mailOfficial transcripts are required to enroll in courses. A registration hold is placed on your account until all official transcripts are received.
Preferred Method Electronic Transcripts sent electronically are processed faster than mailed transcripts.
Texas A&M will accept domestic and international transcripts sent electronically via an online delivery service such as SPEEDE, eSCRIPT-SAFE, Parchment, or National Clearing House. Request your transcript be sent to admissions@tamu.edu or Texas A&M University (College Station) via one of these services.
For colleges outside of the USA, most do not use one of the delivery services above. Instead, please request your university email your official transcript, English translation (if applicable), and degree certificate/diploma to admissions@tamu.edu. The email must be sent by an official at your university, not you.
Alternate Method By Mail (U.S. Postal Service) Sealed envelope, signed across the seal by the registrar
Have the institution mail your official transcript in a sealed envelope, signed or stamped across the seal by the registrar, to:
Graduate Admissions Processing
Texas A&M University
P.O. Box 30014
College Station, TX 77842-3014
Degree certificate(s) and English translations must accompany international transcripts in their native language.
Alternate Method Overnight or Hand Delivery For express or expedited delivery.

International Academic Records
Additional requirements for non-U.S. institutionsTranscripts from institutions outside the United States have additional requirements. Have your institution send official records directly to the Office of Graduate Admissions at admissions@tamu.edu.
What to Send Documents Required Transcript, degree certificate or diploma, and English translation of both.
For each non-U.S. institution, submit an official transcript and diploma or degree certificate in its native language, along with an official English translation of both. Records must be signed by the registrar, controller of examinations, or president of the issuing institution. Translations sent directly from the institution or from a recognized translator are considered official.
Not Official What Is Not Accepted Mark-sheets, photocopies, notarized copies, and faxes
Consolidated or provisional mark-sheets are not official. Ask your registrar to send Individual mark-sheets showing grades earned each term. Photocopies, notarized copies, transcripts uploaded to your application, and faxes are not official.
Academic Records from China Verified Records from CSSD Verification report issued in English to admissions@tamu.edu
Students with academic records from China must submit transcripts and degrees verified by the Center for Student Services and Development (CSSD) prior to registration. These verification reports can be issued in English and sent to admissions@tamu.edu. You will not find Texas A&M University in the CSSD Portal (Parchment), so you must request that your verification report be sent to admissions@tamu.edu. Please do not send to Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi as this is a different institution.
Registration
If your program requires official transcripts after admission, submit them as soon as you are admitted. New students cannot register for classes until the Office of Graduate Admissions has received and processed official transcripts from all four-year institutions attended, and a registration hold stays in place until they are on file. Processing can take up to 10 business days, so request them right away.
