John Quincy Adams Society Overview
CGS sponsors the Texas A&M chapter of the John Quincy Adams Society. The John Quincy Adams Society (JQAS) is a national network of student groups focused on U.S. foreign policy, with centering visions of realism and restraint. Its chapters aim to help students advance, both intellectually and professionally, while promoting a broader and more strategic conversation about America’s approach to international affairs. It is a nonpartisan and nonpolitical organization: it works in the world of ideas, not on activism or elections, and it seeks to engage every corner of the political spectrum. If you are interested in joining the chapter, please email Lillian Haynes at Lillian.Haynes@tamu.edu.
