Dr. Jordan is an expert on the contemporary challenges of ideological polarization, both its evolution at the elite level and its subsequent effects for the mass public. He is particularly interested in the effects of polarization on mass evaluations of elite institutions and support for novel policy agenda items. He is also an expert in political methodology, especially focused on making it easier for substantive researchers to draw quality statistical inferences.
