Notification letters are sent first from the Bush School and second from Texas A&M’s Office of Admissions. Acceptance letters from the Bush School will include any Bush School scholarship offer, notification deadlines, and a reply form to accept or decline the offer. Admitted candidates are generally notified the middle of March and have until April 15 to reply.
Admissions decisions are made by the Bush School Admissions Committee, which consists of an admissions chair, faculty, and admissions staff. They consider all parts of the applicant’s file, including his/her stats, letters, essays, scores, experiences, interview, and more. The committee’s decision is final.
Each year, the Bush School places a small number of applicants on a wait list for admission. Those students are notified if and when places become available and are updated regularly by admissions staff. Rankings within the wait list are not disclosed, and there is no guarantee that candidates will ultimately be offered a place in the incoming class.
Applicants are asked to email the Bush School Admissions Office if they decide to withdraw their application from consideration. Email us at email@example.com and then log into the Applicant Information System (AIS) portal to officially withdraw.
