The Presidential Conference Center provides facilities and technical support to academic and educational programs of Texas A&M University, the George Bush Presidential Library, and the Bush Foundation.

The Presidential Conference Center coordinates site usage at the George Bush Library Center for special events. Audio visual support is provided for conferences and events within the Presidential Conference Center, Academic West (including the Bush School), and the George Bush Presidential Library.

The Presidential Conference Center contains a 600 seat and a 300 seat theatre. A multi-function room of 6400 sq. ft. accommodates banquet seating for 400 or lecture seating for 600. This room can also be partitioned into four rooms. These rooms can seat from 60 to 200 for banquets or from 36 to 200 for lectures.

In addition, the Presidential Conference Center houses the George Bush Presidential Library Foundation Office and the International Center. Other amenities include a spacious lobby for gatherings, a teleconference room, and a full service catering kitchen.
