Griffin T. Rozell
Assistant Director
Griffin T. Rozell serves as assistant director of the Scowcroft Institute of International Affairs— a national security and foreign policy research institute housed in the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University. Before accepting the position of assistant director, he worked as a research assistant for the Scowcroft Institute on a major study of the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board. His research interests include Russian and Eastern European affairs and American foreign policy. Previously, he has worked for the United States Department of State in Yerevan, Armenia. Mr. Rozell received a bachelor of arts in history from Abilene Christian University and a master's degree in international affairs from the Bush School. He has also studied Russian at the University of Nizhni Novogorod in Russia and has traveled extensively in the former Soviet Union, including Russia, Ukraine, and Armenia.
