MPSA Professor Ann Bowman recently participated in two academic conferences. On April 12th, Dr. Bowman presented her latest work on interstate compacts and policy innovation at the Midwest Political Science Association meeting. On April 19, she was a panelist in a forum critiquing the new book, Paradise Plundered: Fiscal Crisis and Governance Failures in San Diego, at the annual conference of the Urban Affairs Association.
