Transfer Pricing Class Presents Cases

Prof. Lorraine Eden’s International Transfer Pricing class is presenting two well-known transfer pricing cases, DHL v. Commissioner (1998, 2002) on Nov 30 and Veritas v. Commissioner (2009, 2010)  on Dec 5. Each case has an IRS and Taxpayer team, jury, guest judge and bailiff. Guest judges are Prof. Kevin Roach (Accounting) and Mr. Canton Walker (Ernst & Young).
