Giving Back

Graduates of the Bush School know better than anyone else the value of the investment they made to get their degree and are therefore well-positioned to reinforce the School's vision of 'public service as a noble calling' by helping current and future students. Our graduates provide many of the best leads for employment and internships, and we encourage you to send us job listings, internship opportunities, and other valuable information that would be of interest to Bush School students. This assistance not only can lead to jobs for these students, it also helps keep them informed about careers and trends in their field. The School's expanding network enhances the Bush School name for past, present, and future graduates. For more specific ways to stay involved, click on the links below.

Alumni Program

Always eager to connect with former students and willing to be a point of contact for current students or recent graduates, alumni are among the most valuable assets the Bush School has in terms of networking for current students. Each year the Career Services Office invites all alumni to take part in the alumni program and maintains a current listing of Bush School graduates who have agreed to take part. This list is confidential and is available only to current students and alumni.

Career and Professional Development Panels

You can help Bush School students understand the current job market and what to expect after graduation by taking part in a panel discussing your work, how you got there, and opportunities for the future. Your knowledge and experience are invaluable; this real-world experience helps students approach their own job search from a more informed position.

You don't have to be in College Station to take part in these panels. Thanks to the Bush School's state-of-the-art technology, we can connect graduates and other panelists from almost anywhere in the world to students here on campus through video and phone conferencing technology.
