After earning a PhD in political science from Texas A&M in 2001, Scott Robinson, Associate Professor, taught at both Rice University and the University of Texas at Dallas. His research focuses on the management and politics of public agencies and the dynamics of public policy - with special attention to emergency management and administrative networking. His work has been published in Policy Studies Journal, Review of Policy Research, the American Review of Public Administration, Political Research Quarterly, the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory and the American Journal of Political Science. He currently serves on the editorial board of the Policy Studies Journal.
