Certificate in Homeland Security
The Certificate in Homeland Security (CHLS) requires the completion of 15 graduate credit hours including one 3-credit fundamentals course, three 3-credit electives, and one 3-credit "capstone" research project in a homeland security area of your choice and in collaboration with a Bush School professor. Currently offered online through the Bush School's Extended Education program, the CHLS courses are grounded in a policy and strategy perspective and will complement any first responder program being developed nationwide.
